Interview Questions for Executive MBA



When preparing for any exam one thinks of a list of the questions that may be asked. For higher education one has to clear interviews too. One needs to have good command over the language and good presence of mind in order to clear the interview. Also one has to have good knowledge of the current events too.

For getting in the Executive MBA program one can prepare with the following questions for the interview.

  1. What do you aim for? (In respect to function in the business and the place you are located).
  2. What is the reason behind opting for this EMBA program at the moment?
  3. Share any of the problems that you must have faced while working?
  4. What you aspire for in your career?
  5. What if you do you not get selected for the program? What is the alternative though about?
  6. What are your goals in life- short term and long term? And why?
  7. What is the reason behind opting for respective business school?
  8. What appeals you in this business school for which you want to go for this business school?
  9. What is the reason for you joining the general MBA?
  10. Describe yourself in words? In short.
  11. What are the contributions to the group that you could be expected from you?
  12. In just two or three phrases, how would you describe yourself to others?
  13. Describe the issue that you think can be most frustrating at this work?
  14. How according to you your colleagues are going to describe you?
  15. What according to you is included in the typical work in a day?
  16. Have you ever worked in a team? If yes, what were your contributions?
  17. Describe your experience of any trip abroad, if any?
  18. How you reached the decision of joining in this career field after completing the college?
  19. Your definition for success?
