Structure of programme

PG EMP is followed by four phases:

• Orientation
• Foundation
• Integration
• Customization

The first phase which includes financial accounting, micro economics and quantitative techniques is accomplished in 3 months, whereas other three phases can be accomplished in 6 months each. Foundation phase includes subject like marketing, operation management, cost management, finance management, People and performance, business environment, etc. Integration phase includes subjects like operation strategy, finance strategy, marketing strategy, HR strategy, business strategy, etc. Lastly customization phase include negotiation skill, decision making, managerial skills, strategic management, international business, capstone dissertation, etc.

Fee structure

Total fee of entire course is Rs. 4, 00,000/-. This fee can be paid in three installments that is during first and second installment you will have to pay Rs. 1,50,000/-. First installment is to be paid in advance, whereas last installment is to be paid of 1, 00,000/-. Here you need to stay in hotel then whether you are resident of Mumbai or not.

Selection procedure

In order to get selected in S.P. Jain for PG EMP you need to go through three stages among which first is the IQ test which can also be said as Psychometric test. Second is the group discussion, which is to be carried on the topic, given by the concerned people. And lastly comes the personal interview stage where you need to prove yourself eligible for particular seat.
